Dana is an incredible coach working with women in outdoor careers—think ski patrol, mountain ops, guides, and beyond—helping them navigate bold careers with clarity, confidence, earthly wisdom and heart. So when she reached out for a branding photo session, we knew we had to take it to the mountain (we actually did party one last year!)

Dana’s coaching style is just like her skiing: strong, graceful, and fearless. Spring Ski Vibes & Mountain Magic

Our branding shoot took place on one of those classic Vermont spring days where you hope for sun but get clouds yet everything feels just a little bit magical. Think spring skiing in all its east coast glory—some ice and corn snow, unexpected powder pockets, and people just gettin' it in! I know those conditions sound terrible but it was actually great! We had an absolute blast capturing Dana in action!

She guided me around the mountain like a true local (if you’ve ever skied with someone who knows every little pocket of terrain, you know what a treat that is). From ridge-top portraits to candid moments on the trail, we shot a full spectrum of storytelling images designed to bring her brand to life.

Real Moments with Real Women

One of my favorite parts of this shoot? Watching Dana interact with her clients and members of ski patrol—her people. These weren’t staged moments. These were the real, powerful connections that define Dana’s coaching practice.

We captured Dana coaching mid-gondola ride, laughing with clients over après ski drinks, and chatting gear with women ski patrollers on break. Every shot showed the relationships and trust she’s built in her community—something no stock photo can replicate.
